This module is a work in progress. Things will change!
The main menu serves as a central location for all modules to put actions that
users can trigger. This will typically be showing/hiding windows or menus.
This module responds to this event by creating a button based on the data
sent in the event. The data is expected to be a Lua table with the following
fields:

primary_action
A function to be called on a primary action, such as when the button is left clicked.
